If we play to his strengths he could be a diamond in the rough, play the ball down the channel or through balls that split the defence for him to run onto and that will give the opposition something to worry about.
Defenders hate pace and Tum has plenty of that.

I doubt he'll be a starter but is a good option to have on the bench with his pace for the last 20 minutes. I hope his first touch improves a fair bit though!
