If Motherwell put add on clauses when they transfer him then we should be entitled to 25% of that too.

Seems reasonable. Otherwise a club could sell a player for 50 quid then get a million after the first appearance and screw the previous club over

Only if they had a sell on clause which nobody has mentioned in the media anywhere in this case as far as I know
