Thought Boden looked pretty sharp in the first half despite the lack of minutes afforded to him north of the border.

Edit: Looks like OneLoveWrexham agrees!

Akil Wright was the number 22 then. Good player, a few wayward passes but didnt do much wrong. Number 18 was a similar player to him, players were calling him kyle.

Afraid I wasnt too fussed about tharme ad I was his side of the putch. Big lad though and might be more suited to centre back than at left back.

Also inpressed by freeman second half, reminded me of marc williams, with a bit more pace

I was impressed tonight, Jimmy grown slightly on me tonight as he didn't seem to force it like he did at Lex. He's got that unpredictability about him, the 22 looked a tidy player and it's nice to beat the first man with a corner.

I thought it was a vast improvement on the shite I saw at gresford last season. Don't want to get carried away but Keates has got us a competitive squad for next season. Kelly impressed me in midfield, as did wedgebury. Boden looked sharp and we looked strong in all areas. There were a few negatives as well, but that aside, an encouraging start to preseason.

Tharme normally play centre half but player left back last two games to help out.

22 was the standout of tonight's game. Broke things up well, neat and tidy passing but had substance to it as well.

Tharme has played well at left back in both friendlies now too.
