Play J'taime to him at the start of every training session

I'm not going to write an essay so I'll make it short. The team looks strong quick and in parts very big. While link up play isn't quite there I wouldn't expect it to be. Left with many feeling positive and excited. I think DK needs to use the remaining fixtures to solidify his starting 11 and get them hitting the ground running on the 5th.

That would leave no place for Leo Smith who has had a good pre season so far and there could be an argument that either Carrington or Hurst could play in midfield dependent on who gets the nod for the right back place.

I believe Hurst was signed by DK, partially on the basis of a Dover midfield display at Macclesfield yet he so far doesn't appear to have had a good go at a midfield position.

If we went with Wedgbury, Wright and Kelly then for me a must on the right flank would be Mackreth.

Up front it would be a case of Boden and another from Gimme, Massanka or Holroyd who all have different styles and varying degrees of experience - perhaps Holroyd would get the nod based on his past goalscoring.

So at the moment my starting eleven would be :

Dunn

Hurst, M. Smith Pearson Jennings

Mackreth Wright Wedgebury Kelly

Boden Holroyd
Personally believe Hurst was brought in for depth, and as a utility player. No guarantees he starts. Back up for Right back, Centre Mid, and probably at a big push centre half.

I would take that, but the lack of emphasis on a striker signing leads me to believe we're going to be playing 442

I think it's more to do with this being a wrexham fans forum discussing football related issues.
