What exactly is wrong with praising the signing but recognising that more is needed!? "Never satisfied with what they have in life" - bit sanctimonious of you to make such a sweeping statement.

Everyone at the club have done brilliantly, but that doesn't mean we still don't require further strengthening, it could well be in hand but it might not be - hence why people comment and speculate.

Jesus Christ, if everyone at the club had your attitude, we'd languish in the conference for years to come. We just want the best possible outcome for our club and everyone knows that means another striker despite what a fantastic signing Roberts is. No need to get self righteous about it.

After reading that I'm very pleased with the signing. One odd post though

Good bit of business again. Was worried that the recruitment was drying up after Manny Smith but it shows that Keates was keeping his powder dry.

Smith, Mackreth, Boden and Roberts were all under contract elsewhere as well so he hasn't just been shopping in the free agent market.

Think we have a very good defence now
