77/78 Promotion team signed ball ( Money to BTB )
 

Just encase it gets missed in the BTB thread as seems not many go on there now, making people aware of this.

A fan has put this up for auction. I was asked to help, so have arranged as per below.

The bidding on the ball is at £100. As Dixie's signature is on it, I have been in touch with him. He is more than happy to hand the ball to the winning bidder, prior to the game against Macclesfield ( we will arrange a time, circa an hour before kick off )

The bidding will end midnight this coming Friday, look out tomorrow night for another additional incentive to bid.

We will also now get a picture of the winner being handed the ball by Dixie in the following match programme and get a signed copy.

Great stuff, yes its in good nick ( It has been in a wardrobe all these years apparently ) the signitures are very clear and unlike some players squiggles, you can make most of that legendary teams signitures out.

Any cheeky last minute bids for this ball, bidding ends midnight tomorrow. A great gesture by by Jason who donated the ball.

I genuinely have a ball from November of last year, given to me as a Christmas present.

Probably the worst team this club has ever had - I don't think I could give it away but I'm hoping one day I'll look at it and laugh at how bad we once were.
