Yes it is good service but all the hysteria over good service is a bit ott. Any other industry no one wuld even think twice. I mean a shop with a twitter account in 2017 who would have thought it! Kudos to yale stand for using his initiative and offering an effcient and good service.

If we offered a bad service in somebody's opinion then that would be typed all over here, so people should be able to say that they believe we offer an excellent service. Thanks for the appriciation for what me and my colleagues/volunteers do but we could of easily not bothered with a Twitter or Facebook page.

Thanks to everybody else to for their support and commitment you've all shown yet again for this upcoming season. COYR

What hysteria would that be? Just seems very odd to criticise someone because they believe the club shop staff did a decent job. In most vocations people usually only hear feedback if something's gone wrong. Why deny them their praise?

Think this is a great point. I always try where possible (i mean if you dont have facebook or twitter i lack the verbal skills or motivation to call or write an actual letter so that isnt happening) to go back and thank people when they do a great job...im less likely to be critical on social media especially where dealing with a small company over something minor because of how damaging that scathing review of something which mildly inconvenienced you can be to their business.

However if its a big business or someone did something really shitty then i take pride in my complaints...

It doesnt hurt to say something nice about people when they deserve it. Certainly doesnt cost anything either.

Can't get through to the ticket office/ shop today. Probably busy with the open day. Live away from Wrexham but can collect season ticket tomorrow ( Monday). Can anyone in the know tell me if my season ticket will still be at the club. Paid by cheque. Don't want an unneccessary journey if it has been posted.
