Given that he is learning all aspects of being a football manager I think he is making exceptional progress and growing into the role on a daily basis. Its too early to tell if this team is going to take us out of this League but what we have seen is a tremendous improvement on last year. I have real respect for the way he has conducted himself over the last few months - well done Dean!

I do find the interviews a bit difficult to watch, Dean just needs to slow down and breathe. We are all on his side
