Isn't it just a case of correcting the errors?
You call it a " song and dance " , I call it showing respect for our Club's history, players and traditions. If this discussion board is appropriate for fans criticising managers /players/ fellow /fans etc then it's surely right for pointing out glaring inaccuracies in the much vaunted new Club website?
Nothing to stop Carl Hogan responding and stating his point of view.

It's been posted several times already that I am aware of but for those who may have missed it, the website is still under construction and the club doesn't yet have full access to update it. A lot of work has gone into it already with plenty more to come. Sorry if that torpedoes the cock up and conspiracy theories........

I can't speak for him but if I was in his shoes I wouldn't engage with someone who has employed the tone you have over a mistake which isn't exactly going to be talked about for years. Do you want resolution or to make someone look stupid?

A response would be nice.

Your question might warrant one but your tone does not.

Stop being so precious. This is a discussion board. If anyone feels they have been unjustly criticised then they have the right of reply.

My irony meter has taken a battering on here lately. Let's spell it out clearly; you've got your knickers in a twist about something trivial, you've thrown all sorts of names and accusations around in relation to this tiddler of an issue, personally named someone who you're only engaging with on a public board, presumably to try to humiliate them, and it is making you look daft. It's obvious that you're trying to air dirty linen in public and you aren't even man enough to admit it. And you expect sensible responses via these means? Wise up.

My concerns can wait and, as has already been observed, I'd rather have accurate information on match related info than the other stuff, which will be lovely when it's done but has no impact on the financial bottom line.

To address the other point. Is it okay to go on a football forum and raise this? I'm unaware of any rule saying you can't but it's truly hard to see why you would unless you genuinely didn't know where to start. When you do know exactly who you're addressing or need to address then it's always going to be perceived as mischief making and potentially bullying in the sense of using a public forum to build a consensus about the wrongness of something which may not be wrong at all.

If you're unhappy about an us and them approach then this is certainly not the way to contribute to an ending of that.

Is there really anything else which needs saying?
" Mischief making" , " bullying " .....Are you serious Mike ? Is this the [Removed User] of Mascotgate we know and love?

The article states that the HoF is run by the Supporters Association. They did indeed begin the awards in 2002 but, following the 2008 selections, it was handed over to the Supporters Federation. No new members have been inducted since that date.
The full list can be viewed in the C'mon the Town Yearbook 2013/14 page 97.
There is a Supporters Federation meeting tomorrow night, I will try and find out what's going on!
Disappointed to see Tommy Matthias missing from this.
