I love looking at the pictures in Bamfords , hopefully Pete Jones chairman of the WST and Geoff Scott will enter soon for there hard work push our club another level.

Oh dear Statto. Had a detailed check this morning and counted 21 names omitted,including your relative Tommy Matthias, Brian Lloyd, Kevin Russell, Mickey Evans, and John Neal!!!In addition 2 players are included who have not, as yet, been elected to the Hall of Fame.
The article states that the HoF is run by the Supporters Association. They did indeed begin the awards in 2002 but, following the 2008 selections, it was handed over to the Supporters Federation. No new members have been inducted since that date.
The full list can be viewed in the C'mon the Town Yearbook 2013/14 page 97.

Is that not someone making a mistake rather than rewriting history? I can't think of a sinister reason why someone would think "grrr, John Neal, grrr" and scrub him from the records.

Some mistakes/errors are more irksome than others.I suppose the question you have to ask yourself, and not just on this subject but many others, how much gracie /understanding do you give to these "blips"
We are asked to give quite a bit of understanding due to a large part of the admin/media side is on a voluntary basis, which is fine, but I believe that hinders the operation becoming more and more professional, because mistakes are seen as an acceptable consequence of voluntary contributions.

It would have surely been easy to consult the Supporters Federation , Supporters Association or Pete Jones to establish the facts before going on the website. Hope it is corrected soon.
