A chance to look around, meet the players, visit the many stalls, buy the new away shirt, buy some food and drink, escape from the family and see (not touch or go on) how good the pitch is looking!!

If you have never been behind the scenes before, it is a great opportunity to see the changing rooms, go and have a look at the 1864 suite and buy some merchandise.

Hope today is another great success, sure it will be! Unfortunately can't attend but could anyone that can post a photo of the pitch on here in preparation for the game next week (will be there...the anticipation is building nicely!!)??

Saw a Q and A going on with Pearson and Keates, anyone ask if Pearson will be fit for Saturday? Is the cook rumour finally finished?

I took El Junior Jonez along to the open day and Q & A.

Not many questions from the audience but a good one from a kid asking if El Delano knows his starting 11 for Saturday.

Interesting reply, with him indicating that 10 are nailed on and awaiting the 11th. A strong indicator that the new striker coming in this week will take that place which means to me that Massanka and Holroyd are on the bench.

El Delano hoping for a permanent signing but not ruled out the new striker coming on loan.

It was also mentioned that Jimmy was recommended to us by his good mate Jos Mayebi.

Dean wanted to play him against Alty and Mayebi tried to keep him with us for another game. But Jimmy's agent had lined up a trial with Macc.

He also said that Jimmy leaving was no loss at all.
