Excellent commentary well done to all concerned was listening to the game from the Scottish Highlands and it was all loud and clear. To be honest I thought the commentary would be a little bit biased towards the team but actually called the 90 minutes even handedly

Just got nowhere with BBC radio wales. It's got to be calon fm from now on.

Mike, I'm so glad to hear that! For a long time the club website trailled the commentary as partisan, which isn't what I want at all. I want to paint an honest picture, positive or negative, of what's happening on the pitch because the listeners can't see it for themselves. I'm certainly biased in the sense that I want Wrexham to win, but I'm no cheerleader! My job's to inform the fans.

Having listened to the media team commentary via Wxm Player for a few years I knew the quality that was awaiting the masses now it's free! A couple of teething problems but I'm sure they'll be sorted quick enough.

It was interesting to get an inside view from Carl Hogan on the Dragonheart podcast last week as well. Worth a listen if you didn't catch it: https://www.podomatic.com/podcasts/d...01_06_24-07_00

My 90 year old mother tunes in to Radio Wales every saturday for the commentary. She was so disappointed when there was no live FM commentary in the north last weekend.

Just been to Calon and we've sorted the issue which affected the sound quality before kick-off. Thankfully, their excellent technician came over and sorted it on the day, and the sound quality during the match was spot-on!
