Having been to 2 of the 3 games this season I am starting to doubt Deano, even at this stage of the season. The last two managers have tried with Carrington in midfield and they failed miserably. Has Deano not seen any of Carrington's performances over the past few years ? He was directly responsible for us conceding against Macc and had a dreadful first half at Maidenhead. By all accounts he was poor on Saturday also. Add to that the fact that Jennings attitude stinks (he moans at his own players too much) and we are really only playing with nine men. Deano looks the part, talks the part but his team choices look chaotic.

The main problem is expectation. Having signed players with experience of this league it was expected that we would make an immediate impact. I realise it is too early to start raising our voices but from the displays shown so far supporters have every right to show their concern. There is certainly no creativity in mid-field and a target man that can hold the ball up to allow Boden & Holroyd more space is urgently needed. Another defeat tomorrow night will create more pressure and an early return to winning ways is vital.

Looking at the way things have worked out a six month deal for White would have been a shrewd deal.

Yes im pissed off already
But deano did an amazing job saving us from certain relegation last year
He has the club at heart and must be given time - its not like hes been spending millions
Desperate for a striker otherwise
Going to be another year in the Abyss and hope for play offs would be a miracle looking at current team

Probably top ten if Keates adds a goalscorer. Can't see us in the top six unless he brings a goalscorer AND a creative player in.

Absolutely incredible how some people give up so easily
For the record I believe we will be around 8th at Xmas and finish 4-6th
From there anyone's guess
So you've not seen us for 23 years yet your prediction is we'll finish 4-6th? What was this prediction based on?

It's not based on people's approach to football (whatever that's supposed to mean) it's based on what they've seen of the team so far.
