For the love of god he needs to change our way of playing quick and get at least one forward in, or it'll be another season down the shitter.

We need a couple of pieces for the jigsaw. A creative midfielder and a striker.

Here's hoping it's worth the wait. He's obviously got the budget available.

Anyone agree that part of the problem is that some of the players may get a little nervous playing in front of a large crowd and in turn are a little to eager to please thus making mistakes obviously this only refers to home matches and a couple of away games. Early criticism could destroy any confidence they have .Let's give them a fair chance as I am sure all the loyal supporters will the majority of them have only been playing in front of fewer than 1000 fans. Given time I am sure they will settle in and display the qualities that the manager has seen in them.

I don't really see this coming from anyone else in the current squad.
This. I've only been to the opening game and seen no friendlies, but Kelly and mkcreth for the short time he was on looked like the only players who had that attacking front foot mentality about them.

I'm guessing everyone knows that's it's not just having quality players but finding the correct formation and player positions for each game that encourages success. You may be fortunate to hit the right formula (luck is also needed), but if that doesn't happen then it's trial and error on both pitches (training and matchday) that shows you what players are needed. A big bruising forward that can bully defenders and knock his fair share of goals in is needed for me. Maybe DK has sighted his man and is having to be patient to get him. So a lot of permutations there for me, not so simple as just getting the personnel to sign. Patience needed, didn't FGreen start slow last year ? i can't remember.

Considering our stock of CMs and lack of wingers it looks like 4-3-3 or 3-5-2 all day; we're not flush with CDs for the former 'mind.

The squad looks and plays unbalanced.

Back to who may come in.
I think we can exclude any Tranmere player and I cant see Bowman coming.
Matt didn't make Blackpool squad yesterday and Quigley left out of TNS squad.
If we only get a loan player then we will never guess who!
