Whats the latest with Billy Paynter, still training with Colwyn Bay for fitness? If he's up this end anyway he must be worth looking at? Or am missing something?? A million times better than what we've got on offer at the moment

Good player in his prime but he's another midget isn't he and more of a fox in the box poacher type? We need a conference lukaku in terms of style if we keep playing as we are to hold it up and do well in the air. Massanka is trying to do this when he plays but doean't have the physicality.

Make a massive bid for Tarpey.....he's one of those strikers who has a habit of scoring for fun, not something we have.

I accept that we are short of options up front but if we sign a new striker this week, will that be the answer to our prayers?

Based on current season stats alone I'd offer whatever we've offered to the anonymous striker (bowman/cook/holman/Whoever) to get this lad here, he's a big unit, 3 in 2 so far along with bag loads in league below....the major issue will be relocation though, with him being so southern based.

Unfortunately since we dont have the cash for a scout setup, we cant see these players play often and we miss out on hidden in plain daylight gems like Tarpey, Vardy, Amond, so forth....
