Some summer school students from the University will be attending. They are mostly Germans and every year 50/60 buy tickets for an August home game. Some of the group return to other games during the academic year. They'll be in the GUS so say hello if you see them.

Like Dover and Macc Gatesheas are weaker this season, crazy to say it's a must win game this early in the season but winning breeds confidence and winning at home v average teams is a must if we are to win promotion.

Think positive! Against macc most of our team hadn't played at the Racecourse before (at leat not for the home team). Similarly, most of those had only played for us against lower league oposition pre-season and most have been part of a Wrexham team that just collected a respectable 3 points from 2 difficult away games and, so far, no team in the leage has managed more than one goal against us! One point behind favorites Tranmere after 3, above Chester and, if we beat Gateshead by 3 on Tuesday we go above them. After a few pints I think i've restored my pre season optimism.
Seriously however.. Tuesday could be season defining.. we cannot affird to lose.
