Easy peasy bought yesterday for 2 extras, printed at home strolled up at 7.40 straight in no fuss, been like that for long enough now, just because we won and the team can't be scapegoats for fans anger some people just have to complain about something!!

Told you it was a load of bollocks.

An absolute joke to be honest. Puts people off and adter tonight there will more. Also, why the hell do I need to collect a ticket for my five year old? Why cant he pay on the turnstile? Great service from the shop though, as always.

I agree and it's also wasting money printing tickets when you could just pay on the gate. Can someone explain the logic in this ? It's not as if we are man utd playing Barcelona every other week.

How many dummies have you got? Spat it out when you were turfed out of 1864. Refused to get a season ticket when you didn't like the ale served. Obviously spent too long in your new haunt across the street and left it til last minute. It's been explained why it is this way and also the safety rules that the club are following by imposing these rules on numerous threads over the last 2 seasons, possibly more. So go research and find the answers before throwing another paddy

The rationale behind it is that the MRS has the the largest amount of supporters in a single concentration through the least amount of turnstiles (6). To alleviate the pressure, a ticket only access speeds through supporters as discount groups don't have to be segregated (i.e. everyone with a ticket can enter through any turnstile) and no change has to be given. It has worked well for virtually 100% of supporters for 3 seasons therefore there is NO argument to change it.

It does not speed them through if they are standing on the Mold Road for 10/15 minutes queuing to get a ticket. Tonight was a clear warm night, not an issue. The issue is if you get this sort of queue on a cold, wet, windy night during the winter months, fans will give it a miss. Then when you are queuing you hear them tell fans getting tickets, you can sit where you want, it makes you ask what is going on. I can understand the concern for bigger games because of restrictions, not for this sort of game, get the fans in, make money. It was better in the shop by the Turf, when I have had to get tickets from the shop no waiting, no inconvenience, if some of your customers have concerns why not listen.

The MRS has been ticket only for all last season. Maybe you should do as most do and print tickets at home.
Or get a season ticket.
