Seems straight forward to me

Happens at all main grounds in Australia
That would work if the ticket staff don't tell fans they can sit anywhere in the MRS.

Hi,

The MRS reception is used to reduce pressure from the main ticket office on match days, mainly for Mold Road tickets.

I do understand fans frustrations about queueing and possibly missing the kick-off, especially as it was only me there for the final 10 minutes of sales today (a one off as Gemma was busy in other roles who was with myself up until then - future games there will be 2 of us until closing).

the Mold Road Stand has been ticket only for some time now so that we don't have to cut our capacity down I believe (I could be wrong so don't quote me on this, I just sell the tickets and not make the decisions). But there are legitimate reasons for the MRS to be a ticket only stand a Director tells me.

To avoid waiting in queues again please bare in mind that the Mold road stand reception opens 1 hour before the kick-off to a game so get to it as soon as you can, or you can buy Mold road stand tickets from the main ticket office under the BKoncepts Stand 10-5 Mon-Fri or from 10am to kick-off on a match day. You can also book your seats online in advance via the main website or book your seats over the phone in the week (again 10-5 Mon-Fri) on 01978 891 864. Tickets for games are usually on sale around 3 weeks before a fixture so plenty of time to book. We understand some people decide to come to games late on and that's fine but please understand it gets busier the closer you get until kick-off, and we also have both of our other stands where you can pay cash on the turnstile gates if you are without under 11's or family under 18's.

Thanks

Matt

And the Trust shop was empty, some facts need go come out. Not disputing there may have been a queue in the club shop and things can hopefully be improved, but let's not go backwards. We've had some decent crowds last year or so and it's great no queue at the turnstiles or problems with seating and the stand can be maximised.

Imagine if you could buy tickets online to avoid the possibility of having to queue.

If everyone of those in this alleged stampede at the ticket office had turned up with cash then the queue would have been replicated at the turnstiles and probably held up those who had the foresight to pre purchase. As it is I'd take the story with a pinch of salt. With only 1800ish paying fans spread over 3 sides, most of whom hadn't been in the maesgwyn until 7:42 I'd imagine the numbers in the queue would have been pretty low

Been to plenty of events where even having a ticket hasn't prevented me from queuing for ages. Not much wrong with the system as far as I can see. Buy early offered but not taken up is the prerogative of the fan, but don't be shocked that on match day (in one stand!) you have to queue.

Someone moaning they've spent 10 minutes queuing up, Jesus Christ.

I could be wrong but i read somewhere that you can only print your ticket under 2 hours before the match. This should be extended if possible, especially those who have to travel distances and also those who might not be going straight to the game from home.
