Just watching the highlights now and the first half looks a bit better on these although of course they are highlights chopped together.

A lot of people on here seem to take pleasure in slagging off their on players and seem happier when we lose so they can moan more, at the end of the day last night wasn't a classic but still a good 3 points

A good three points yes. You won't get any arguement there, but the style of the victory is in question. A very unconvincing win to say the least, rarely in control and if Gateshead's forwards had been more clinical we would be looking at our third defeat. Reid pulled a win out of the hat, credit to keates for bringing him in, but most of the mess is of his making. Early report card - must do far better.

So if it's not a stylish win it's not good give me a scruffy win any day, we took our chance they didn't, teams that win things grind out results when they don't play well

Can someone please delete that embarrassing line they've put on the highlights in showing the Reid offside towards the end. The line they show isn't even straight and inline with the play FFS. He was just offside.

The drawn on line isnt right, but not a chance he's not offside. What are you looking at?

Also great run from Massanka to pull that centre half out wide, to clear the line for the pass.

Not a chance? There's simply no way of telling for sure off that picture as it's not in line. I think his head is probably just off in reality but it's impossible to say for certain.

From where I was sat in the MRS he looked a good yard inside and plenty sat around me thought the same too but we are all biased.
I would say that even though the camera angle on the highlights package isn't great, he still looks onside to me.

All that matters is that, the lino flagged and the ref blew, so he was offside and we have to accept it.
