I think it's number 5 anyway !

Just to keep everyone's mind sharp that Reid is a short term replacement for Holroyd

DK was after the last permanent striker before Holroyd's injury meaning we must sign the 4th striker before the end of August or we go up to January with just Boden, Massanka, Holroyd/Reid which will be suicidal to our chances.

It just seems to have maybe slipped off the radar with Reid coming in and the mods constantly shutting down the threads even though the signing is yet to happen

Believe there's some sort of update in today's Leader where Keates says he's still hopeful of signing the striker where the deal has been on/off for a while. It's not up online yet though.

If it was in /out in/out we would be doing the hokey cokey ;0)

I would rather DK take his time to get his man than sign just anybody, he had Reid lined up as a possible loan and that bodes well.

He does need just as importantly as a striker a creative midfielder to, improve on his tactics and we could be in business ☺

I reckon Darlington has a lot to do with tactics/formation. I'm confident he knows what he is doing and it will come good.

My guess would be that we are having to wait on Motherwell sorting out their transfer business with Moult before they release Bowman to us, they obviously have financial difficulties so the deal may offset whatever money we are due for any sell on clause that was negotiated when Moult left us.

Very little evidence of it coming good so far but hopefully it's work in progress. I still think the formation is killing us.
