Come to think of it, doesn't sound a bad life compared to attending meetings.
Dean is like us hurting because of the referee,he does think Manny will have his red card reduced to a yellow, once the Welsh fa see the video.
He is frustrated with a players agent as the player wanted to play for us.(not sure who it is).
He kept his cards close to his chest, and spoke about his football career.
Yes we do keep information to ourselves and we would like more people to attend our meetings so that you can get the info from the horses mouth.
Thank you Dean you have got the full backing from the Rhos reds.

Aside from blaming the referee, did he have any views on players' discipline so far this season?
Aside from blaming the agent, did he have any news on alternative targets he's hopeful of landing prior to the transfer window closing?

Thanks for the feedback - makes perfect sense - something's are best kept under wraps.

If they player REALLY wanted to play for us you would think he wouldn't be held back by an agent - perhaps the deal isn't yet completely dead ?

Treasurers report also noted that since the Rhos Reds reformed, approximately £4,400 has been put into the club.

Absolutely great work. It takes a lot to raise £1,000 so well done to you and all the other sections who put money into the club.

It's a naive manager in 2017 that does not expect to have to deal with agents if a player has one, unless he is talking large amounts of money or wanting a bigger contract than offered (eg better wages for his client) then he should negotiate with the player and agent concerned, but maybe it's people in the club above DK who have said no after the Mills fiasco.

One things certain this guaranteed Strong spine that Spencer talked about is bollocks, the striker that will excite everyone talk, that's Our club for you all talk and no action, another mediocre low scoring season ahead is looking likely more taking its fans for granted.

My view on it is that because the player is under contract we negotiate with his club.
His terms were to remain the same with the parent club making up the wages shortfall.

Is the agent required?

The agent has a stake in the player so yes I think they would be required especially if there is a cut of the deal for them.

When I see him tomorrow ill ask the lad I work with who used to play in the Championship about what happens with agents and transfers.
