With hindsight we should have kept him for another season, knee jerk reaction after the North Ferriby game. Almost down to him replacing Keates with Evans. To put that defeat down to that decision was ridiculous, we were totally in control with 15 minutes to go. Changed like for like, to get some fresh legs on for an aging apple. Nothing controversial there.

Inherited the worse team we ever had, they finished 17th.

He took us to 11th, FA trophy Final and 3rd round of the FA Cup. Looks like progress to me.

His recruitment was top notch. Two more transfer windows and who knows what he could have achieved.

Had to deal with bad apples, look what happened to Mourinho when that happened.

We replaced him with Mills!

Should have been kept on, especially as Mills was kept on with the goings on under him. When you look at that whole period, none of it makes much sense.
