Bizarre refereeing there. The two "fouls" for the free kicks that led to the goals were a nonsense. The first one the Maidstone player thought the whistle had been blown for a foul by him which says it all!

Mr Allison has sent another 2 players off tonight in a Arsenal u23 game, although deserving this time round. He's getting quite a big card record this season! Surprised he's being allowed to officiate at that level too.

Iv'e just re-watched the highlights and the Referee got pretty much every decision wrong. He blatantly favored the opposition. What an absolute horror showing from Mr Allison. He has cost us a point at least.

Unbelievably bad ref. Interesting a number of Wrexham players when trying to speak to the ref about many of the incidents had their hands behind their backs seemingly trying to convey to the ref they were trying to make a reasonable point rather than aggressive behaviour.

So that's SIX red's he's issued this season we are aware of. Any more we may have missed?

We have had refs like this for the last ten seasons! The standard of refereeing is awful in this league and it won't improve either!

Just watched Sky Sports News and Sam Allison sent off Jack Wilshere and a Man City player in an under 23 game! That's 3 times he has given 2 red cards in 1 game this season!

The refs in this league are awful. Mr Allison is a different kettle of fish though. Not only is he awful but you get the feeling he is refereeing a totally different sport. In fact it's unusual that he is accused of bias as both sets of supporters are generally leave HIS games (and make no mistake that's what he wants them to be) united in the belief that thr bloke isn't biased. He is just incompetent and has ruined the afternoon. He will remain though and we will see him again this season.
