Default Today's ref trivia question.

Today's ref and lino mild road side were abysmal. However, there was a decision the ref made today which he technically got right but the crowd around me berated him for. What was it?

Surely it wasn't allowing their No6 to stay on the pitch after the sponge-man came on after the yellow card for Wright?

At least he got that one right. Think it was the Gateshead game where the ref got that one wrong and Pearson had a right go at him.

While we're at it with the rules can we stop shouting for a foul when the keeper kicks it out of his hands, releases it inside the area but kicks outside. Happens all the time.

On the second occasion in particular.

He was a good yard outside his box when he let the ball go.

Lino was head down, running up the line, so no chance of him seeing it.

Suppose it depends which end of the ground you were at!! At the tech end he was in the area every time but some people were shouting.

Ref was a million times better than Maidstone although he still had a poor game. He blew for full time after only 2 of 4 added minutes when they had a corner? Not complaining though

I'm not saying my stopwatch is 100% accurate, but I timed the half at 49min 16sec, when the ref blow the final whistle.

It was a bit confusing when the stadium announcer said "4mins extra to play", but we were already in the 47min at the time.

It was after 4 minutes, 4 minutes were announced after 2 minutes had already been played.
