Thursday would be the last chance to keep Reid on loan until the new year by converting his loan to a window to window deal.

Hopefully Fleetwood don't feel that they need him and that he'll learn plenty by staying with us for an extended spell.

I'd love this to happen, I could see him and Holroyd complementing each other massively, with Boden also there as an option. From what I can gather however, it's pretty much set in stone that he's only here for the 2 months.

We really could do with this striker. A playmaker wouldn't be nice but I wouldn't say it's necessary. We appear to be creating plenty of chances now, we just need someone there to turn them in.
