Things always crop up of course, but as much planning as can possibly be done has been done.

If we get promoted to the league, it will open up many more possible channels of funding to redevelop the ground too.

As regards paying for more personnel, the simple way to look at it is to analyse the potential reward from doing so. If the club decides in the future to bring in a paid chief exec which will cost £75k p.a., as an example, they would need to be increasing turnover by, say, £150k to justify their appointment.
I agree with you but Im not sure its what would happen, thats my concern. I would hope we have a business plan in place for league football to cover all of them points because without one that is implemented we could struggle.

The two players i was most excited about start of season was Kelly & mackreth , but disapointed in both so far. Rutherford has been alot better than both .

So far the WST and club boards have been pretty meticulous in their planning regarding things like taking over the lease, paying off our debts and lowering/stopping the losses, so personally I don't doubt that the same would apply as regards planning for league football.

Agreed although Mackreth more disappointing that he hasn't played, Kelly is worse as he has had a run in the team and done nothing, Mackreth only had the odd half here and there, v pacy and looked good in a cameo v Maidenhead but looks made of glass sadly.

I think Massanka gets undeserved stick, he works his arse off and stretches defences. He's unpredictable and if he played against us you'd probably view him differently. Carrington is just awful but a handy to have when needed.

I'm no huge fan of Carrington, but is steady, very tidy is possession and offers a great deal of versatility to the squad. He was our most consistent midfielder in those early games and by no means our worst performer. He was Mom the game he deputies for Penn in the holding centre mid towards the end of last season, but on here he has gone from a steady Eddie, to a squad player to just awful, without kicking a ball.

I hope there is a better option at left back tomorrow night, but if he steps in then I doubt he will be the weak link.

First chance I've had to post since the game. Does anybody know why we decided to play for a draw against a team with 2 points all season?

On 85 minutes, we were 0-0 trying to see out the game if anything. We took our time over throw ins, constantly passed it sideways not looking to attack and to top it all off we brought on Carrington, who is exactly the sort of player you want on the pitch when trying to secure a result.

Did the lads celebrate this draw in the changing rooms? I'm baffled by this attitude as I see this more as 2 points dropped than 1 point gained.

No idea, but I overheard police talking about an over the top reaction from the stewards inside while on the way out. The lad was out and about in Torquay later on.

They probably got bored of the match.
