I've heard it isn't McDonalds, but that no-one knows who it actually is.

How can they try and sell the land that the floodlights sit on? Surely this is a ransom strip?
If any prospective buyers have ANY community spirit and intent ,they would gift that small part of land the pylon sits on , back to the club , or rent it at a pepercorn rent , as it should never have been included apart from the ground in the first place??

Can they sell part of the land currently being used by the Club under the lease agreement. This land has been used without question and is as we know still currently used for the lights. They would have had to make it known to the existing users of the sight, Wrexham FC that they intend to sell. Could the Club claim in law ownership through long term possession which has not been disputed. I do not think they are allowed in law to do this.

The same would presumably apply to the land from the back of the kop down to the Yale stand, as this is also incorporated in the the land which is shown for sale.
