All nice ways of skirting around the fact he's utter dross and ultimately does absolutely nothing.

Now I've given you what you want, are we happy now
I am not happy because you fail to comment on who is the better tackler - Carrington or Kelly ?

Jennings has done well in the last two games I watched (gateshead & Bromley), so I am happy with him generally, but his yellow card record is ridiculous.

Hopefully hurst will recover and roberts will be at LB tonight.

Both equally poor. Kelly is an attacking midfielder though so I wouldn't expect him to be Maldini. Kelly has many other qualities like set pieces passing ability running with the ball dictating play etc. Carrington keeps his hair in check.

Any more lessons needed let me know.

If you have seen all of the above from Kelly so far this season then I would like to borrow those rose tinted spectacles of yours. A fair few on here (me included) believe Carrington can do a job at full back - which includes tackling at which he is IMO from what I have seen so far better than Kelly.

Any more lessons in getting off the fence let me know.

Just pretend he's got Carrington on the back of his shirt and you should be fine. Kelly is a good player but he's no winger and would be better in the middle I think. What's not in doubt is his ability just his form or lack of it.

I'd rather persevere with a player who has undoubted footballing talent and just needs to find form than continue playing a player who's a bottle job with zero football talent other than sideways 5 yard passes and making sure his hair is in place.

Enjoy the game mate

Carra is a fine stand in at LB or RB in this league - he does a job and will get the basics right and his limitations are not to worry about for a short term fix. Far better option than Kelly IMO.
