Well its not brilliant at the moment but we have had some rubbish served up.

The squad and team are way ahead of last season but we still have a number of underperformers and Keates still hasn't got his team selection and balance sorted IMO.

Not quite sure what the situation is with Wright as the majority of fans like him yet Keates keeps leaving him out. hmmm

It could be Pagl that Wright is very poor when it comes to simple passes.

Agree his short, simple passes are poor but he gives us much more than that. When he picks the ball up 30yrds from our goal he can break through the opposition midfield in 3 or 4 strides which immediately turns them around and puts us on the front foot. Instead of carrington who looks backwards to the cb or sideways to a full back and straight away we are looking for a long ball to turn the opposition.

Maybe he could try Rutherford, Wright, Wedgbury and Carra as a midfield 4 then.

Wright gives more balance than Carra though.

Maybe that's why we are looking for a creative midfield player.

I know I've said it a hundred times but I really think Isaiah Osbourne could be the player to do that. His name doesn't seem to have been linked to Wrexham at all though.

I've not said about Wright not being able to do the simple stuff in support of Carrington,he simply put is not good enough either and another example of how poor our midfield is, Wedgebury is no great shakes passing wise either, Carrington should be on the bench, but we do need to try to get some class at this level in midfield, up to now Kelly has been a disappointment, but he should be in the middle he ain't no winger, infact we don't have anyone on the wings with pace or who can actually dribble. Beat a fullback.
