Default Junior Dragons Half Term Bowling Bash

The Junior and Youth Dragons will be holding a half term bowling bash at Tenpin, Eagles Meadow on Wednesday, 1st November. The event will kick off at 2pm with some tasty food at Nando’s before heading for the bowling lanes at Tenpin, where they will compete against members of the first team squad.

Tickets for this event can be purchased from the club shop at a cost of £8.50 per child, the price of which includes a Nando’s kids meal and one game of bowling. Tickets are limited in number and will be issued on a first come, first served basis. Please remember to take your child’s Junior or Youth Dragon membership card to the club shop with you when purchasing your ticket. If your child is not currently a member of the Junior Dragons but would like to attend they can be signed up at the club shop or online.

All children will need to be supervised by an adult for the duration of the event. The event should be finished by 4pm. Please note that photographs will be taken on the day and shared on social media and in the local press.

Tickets are selling well for this event. They can be bought for just £8.50 from the club shop at today's game. Tickets are limited in number and I wouldn't be surprised if they're all gone by the end of the day, so don't delay!

Thanks to everyone who attended today's Nando's/Bowling Bash. It was great to have Shaun Pearson, Leo Smith, Kevin Roberts, James Jennings and Chris Holroyd supporting the event and being such good sports.

A special thanks to Shaun Pearson who attended the event despite getting back from Grimsby in the early hours of the morning after playing in Craig Disley's testimonial last night. A true professional!

Photos of the event are now up on our facebook and twitter pages.

Just to add my thanks to the volunteers who are doing a tremendous job with the JD's, it really is appreciated by so many people.

This event was a sell out, which is testiment to the positive work being done. Most importantly the kids, by all accounts had a great day. I am sure plenty of friendships for life will be forged through attending such events. Great work yet again by the players also.
