We've only conceded 6 goals in 12 games.
We've kept 7 clean sheets out of 12 games.
We've conceded 1 goal in the last 7 games.

1 goal conceded in 7 games is sick. Even that goal was a scrappy one.

I might be wrong but I don't think that the back four of Jennings, Pearson, Smith and Hurst have conceded any goals this season.

We are only 25% of the way through the season but that kind of defence wins championships.

We just need to create a little bit more and we will be serious contenders for the title.......oops, I've said it.

Yes listening to Darlo st the meeting the other night he said they video the first half and show bits to the players at half time so show them how to close gaps and exploit others can't be any coincidence that since we have started this our second half defensive performances are better - I don't think we appreciate how much goes on behind the scenes, defensively we are a very well drilled unit and that is a platform to win the league from

Teams who don't concede goals win the league. If we can keep Manny and Pearson fit for most of the season we can finish top. The display at Tranmere convinces me this is on . COYR.
