The players and staff will be buzzing this week in training after that result in front of a tremendous away following. Great scenes at the final whistle

I had an extra long shower before and reminisced about the match. Best shower ever

Got to work this weekend damn.

Just imagine DK signing a CF this week and the interest this would also create.

Come on Deano you know it makes sense.

The gate is unlikely to jump that far that quickly, but the important thing is the players have proved what they can do with the fans behind them. Everyone can see we are not the finished article, plenty of character, growing in understanding and confidence but we still need some patience, otherwise we are likely to digress. We did to Tranmere typically what teams attempt to do to us at home, frustrate, silence the fans and eventually get them on the player's backs. So we should be prepared. Sutton out played us last season at the Racecourse and got nothing for It, I'm sure this time in their position they will be looking to keep the game much tighter.

Turn up expecting us to start playing flowing football will be a mistake, next week, a top of the table clash is about winning and if we cant sneak the win, we don't get beat.

Over many, many years we have reached this point only to mess up at home in front of big crowds. Before anyone says I am disloyal with no faith I genuinely expect us to win against Sutton. The purpose of the opening sentence is to put everything in context. Saturdays game will neither win or lose us the League - we are still two players short of a promotion winning team and the sooner we get them on board the better.

I expect we will be penalised in some way regarding throwing of flares - it is such an incredibly stupid thing to do - I hope the Club punish the idiots if found - some people must know who they are.

The spirit shown on Saturday ranks with the very best seen in our shirts for a long time - it may be enough to take us up.

As Pagl said - a signing this week and anything is possible - I am an optimist /happy clapper - if we don't hit 6000 I don't think we will be that far off

The Tranmere performance showed what we’re about. If 2k extra fans turn up on Saturday expecting us to spank Sutton, they’ll be thoroughly pissed off.

If they expect us to keep a solid shape and not open ourselves with expansive play, they’ll have the time of their lives.

Who knows what’ll happen. Sutton might have a bloke sent off after 15 minutes or vice versa.

I don't think we are desperate for a striker at the minute, but we are possibly 1 short in midfield,. Yes something different up top and if a quality target is achievable, but at the minute we have Reid, Holroyd who is like a new addition, with Boden & Massanka kicking their heels having to wait there chance. I also feel we have more to come from the group we have, hopefully yesterday the catylist to seeing what Holroyd, Kelly, Mackreth and Roberts can step up to. DK is obviously Looking, but sometimes it is not always about new signings, it's about getting more from the same. This time last week we necmver thought we had enough to win at Tranmere with 10.

Kerching. There's a lorry load of enjoyment to be had about yesterday and rightly so. But our pattern hasn't really changed; we're still a tough nut to crack, we still aren't going to give any team a paddling and Saturday's game will probably be the 13th in a series of games that have been basically the same. We aren't nailed on for the title because of yesterday and we weren't as bad as the self flagellators were saying all of last week. It seems straight out of the Captain Obvious handbook to say so but plenty don't get it.
