agreed, it feels like a turning point... the belief it will have given the lads and seeing that support ! i know we have been on a decent start but it felt different yesterday, something special is building i think.

Only downside - why did our players run over to the side Paddock infront of the Tranmere supporters instead of infront of us ? (not too close but 18 yard line would have been better).

Just watched the highlights, and as the players celebrate there's a little rat throwing his toys about. He then appears to spit at them. Fair play to the TRFC steward who collars him and tries to attract someone else's attention, hopefully to throw him out.

I think that at least 7 or 8 teams will feel the same way.

I do think that we need a CF regardless of the Reid situation and likewise a CM.

With these 2 signings then I think we could be in contention for the main prize as opposed to 'ours for the taking'.

You're right with your assessment of what we need infact the majority on here have been saying it for awhile, but it's not easy to find these players now the transfer window is shut & most clubs have settled squads, Keates Knows he needs this big striker and he won't just sign anyone so even if it takes till January to get what he needs.

I still don't think he knows his best starting 11 yet, if he moves Kelly permanently into the middle he may solve the midfield problem.

But even if we get these players their is still a lot of clubs who are up there with us Halifax are a surprise package at the moment, Sutton not so much after the money from their cup run.

After winning his first game for Jester Mr Bigknob is suddenly going to be the Messiah at Chester from a few who were at their game 😂
