Default Crowd v Sutton

Top of the table Sutton in town on the back of the great Tranmere result, then surely the gate will be closer to 5K than 4K. This is the type of game for a home crowd to get up for and the team have proved they can rise to a challenge and Saturday is another great opportunity to show the doubters what they can do when the fans get behind them.

A good game to bring a mate or persuade the casuals this is not a game to miss. An opportunity to boost DK's spending power and maybe increase the boards confidence to release some extra funds to the first team budget.

I agree with all the above but this sort of talk makes me really nervous.

Personally I still have nightmares about the last two games in 1976/77. Losing 2:4 against Crystal Palace (18,451) and 0:1 to Mansfield (an even better 20,754)

We missed out on promotion because of those two games.

The first home game of the next season was a 2:2 draw with Oxford in front of only 5,470! However we did win the League with our final home crowd of 23,451

It's happened before - it can happen again.

Dave, there will be two seats available to your right if you want to bring some mates. I have to work in Birmingham on the Saturday and the boy is being kept indoors after having 4 teeth out in 2 weeks to make space in his mouth.

Braces to follow. Red, obviously
Ok mate, I'll try and a couple of family members to give it a try.

I was there too and I still have nightmares. Palace took our place and went up. Graham Whittle scored a stunner but their winger (Harare?) scored a couple. Luckily, we put it right the following season

I expect somewhere around 4,500 as there is still a lot of scepticism over the performances and its going to take a run of wins or keeping in the top 3 to get back towards the 6k mark.

Lets hope Saturday is the start of the run of wins
