Hasn't it turned out to be the same person almost every time in the past that's been responsible for the smoke bombs. If my memory serves me correct I'm sure it was some guy almost 60 doing it.
In Eastern Europe when dozens are going off it does look decent but one thrown on the side of a pitch frankly looks a bit shit.

If we're going to ban from the racecourse then I'd say 18 months to 2 years would seem proportionate and maybe for them to pay any fine the club gets before being allowed back in?

A bit rich when you slated the club for a slight inconvenience collecting your ticket for the MRS but you condone the actions of those who are acting outside the law and have cost the club in reputation and in the pocket.

The club will be fined. For the actions of an idiot. My money. Your money. Hard earned money which will no longer go to build the budget or the dozens of other things the club have to fork out on. Stop wasting our cash.

Not quite: literally "without (a) day."

In essence, it means that no date has been set for the matter to be reviewed and, in particular, a court case that has been adjourned for an indefinite period. There is no inference that it means a life ban.

They should know better but 16-18 year olds who have had an upbringing where they think there's nothing wrong with this sort of stuff might not. At least with a shorter ban (which you agree with, which is fair enough) will allow them to visit football games at a later stage in life when they might come to regret their actions from a few years ago. A lifetime ban doesn't allow this. That's it for them.

Spot on...been watching football for over 45 years and to this day I struggle to understand what a smoke bomb/flare etc has to do with supporting your football team.
