In the process of talking the Mrs in to taking the kids to see Blackpool illuminations on Saturday. She checks the fixtures and I’m knackered.

Booked my stand tickets today. When creating a member profile, why did they insist on getting our date of birth?

Probably to make sure no one tries to buy a junior ticket when they're clearly not a junior!

130 sold in the terrace, 90 in the seating area by the looks of it.

If you can buy from the box office there, it could be a very decent number indeed.

With the first league game against them being midweek can see us taking more than many might expect or we normally would to a 4th round qualifying game.

Localish, new ground, team in fairly good form etc., would think we'll take 500-600 or so.

Hit the nail on the head. The vast majority of clubs that have been promoted from this godforsaken division have had owners with money. That is what we need.

It's like at Macclesfield, cashless turnstiles. So you can buy online or from the tickets office there when you arrive. Similar to the MRS at the Racecourse really.

Any chance that someone might persuade Robert Kraft (New England Patriots owner) to look at buying us instead of a Premiership club - makes a lot of sense to start 'small' and rise through the divisions like Swansea and Bournemouth? I don't do social media otherwise I would myself.
