We look better in midfield when Wright is playing; and when Keates had a brain-fart and put Kelly in the middle. Sadly it seems he wants to keep going with a back 6.

Boden is our rehabilitation project. Sadly this impacts upon us massively as we have no quality up-front to coved for this. I can't remember a time when we started a season without at least 3 contracted senior strikers.

I don't agree that we're not set-up for cup matches. IMO had Wright or Kelly started in the middle yesterday we would have had a much better chance of winning. I'm also not convinced Hurst had to play either. We won our last match; but Keates' fiddling with the team killed that momentum.

DK opted for a smaller squad with better quality players. Better than last season but still too many under performers.

Not having a reserve team is, IMHO, a mistake. How can the fringe players stay match fit without competitive games? This needs to be reviewed for next season.

We do need a couple of extra players though, just saying we seem to be doing okay in the league at the moment. The key will be if we get injuries and suspensions!

I don't think any player can complain about a lack of game time so far.

Didn't realise we had become a charity case for under performing players.

Anyone joining us and expecting the sympathy vote is dreaming. We need all 11 on the pitch giving their all and not having to carry players who have lost confidence, fitness or any other problems.

I agree; but we keep hearing the 'hadn't played for 9 months' being trotted out.

We needed/need him to be scoring. Whilst the supply is crap he's not showing nearly enough in his performances. The fact that Keates missed out on his 'big' signing only makes our scoring issues worst.

But it's OK because we've got 4 strikers.
