First defeat since August. Dire tonight by the sounds of it but we can't go unbeaten forever. Positive we can beat Orient on Saturday, relax everyone. Superb following tonight by the way well done to everyone who went. Let's get back on track on Saturday

Fylde have had 2 home games within a few days, we've had a long trip to London just few days ago. They sounded a bit fresher than us. Not looking for excuses, but these are non-league players for a reason and sometimes we are going to be lacking consistency. We were also missing our captain and most influential player. Yes it might have been dire, but some of the reaction on here is totally over the top. Go again Saturday , keep the bloody faith we are 3rd top not 3rd bottom.

Even though we are still in third place, given the majority of our performances, we are in a flattering position mirrored by our 'goals for' tally! This was exemplified by our second defeat to AFC Fylde, a team well-managed by Dave Challinor and containing two good strikers who ran us ragged and two former young players with skill and energy namely Sam Finley and Jonno Smith. Our lack of creativity and goal drought should have been addressed before the end of the September window. This league is there for the taking!

They also only played half a game. People loose sight of the logistics of this league and just think players are robots. Yes we were shite but it's a long season and most of the hard travel is out of the way. Dover, Torquay, Dag, Maidstone away all done..
3 points out of the last 2 aways is better than 2 draws......if we would have had 2 draws everyone would be mildly happy.

Too many people making excuses for, by the sound of, a terrible performance. The management should have addressed obvious deficiencies a long time ago. This she'll be right in January mentality is ridiculous. About 50% of games will have been played by then.
