Fans getting angry about goal music is straight out of the Things White Middle Aged Football Fans Believe manual, which generally holds the game back, so I can only get behind it so much. However, now that it's gone (due to club policy, not lack of goals!) it isn't really missed.

If you think of any of the bigger grounds higher up in the Leagues. Obviously with bigger crowds, and more noise..I don't think they play music after a goal....

So it must be for the smaller grounds with no atmosphere...It's tin pan, Mickey Mouse, and excruciating.. Do we really want it at the Racecourse..
