I thought he was Ok played the advantage a few times and didn't produce cards all the time like some do, I sit in the Mold Road Stand, When we are kicking towards the Kop four or five of our fans, Have a go at every lino, No matter how good they are there is never any praise for them, It gets a laugh from the crowd, Like "Lino get a proper job" etc. I wouldn't be a referee or an assistant full stop. They must have thick skins.

I actually commented on his performance at half time saying he was better than most to my mates. The 2nd half, he completely lost it at times, but I'll admit that my judgement was mainly clouded due to thinking he got the offside wrong. That seemed hilariously bad at the time but it turns out he got it wrong and I just don't know some of the updated rules.

I have read up on them since, to prevent making a fool of myself again

I was talking to one of the club officials before the game and they said the referee was Keates favourite ref in this league.

Don't know if he thought the same after the game though!
