When we signed him wasn't he described as a midfielder who could play at full back?

I think he could do centre back . He has done well when he starts ,although funnily enough he seems to struggle to get into the game when he comes on as sub

When players start going out on loan it basically signals the end of their time at their club at this level. I can't remember a Wrexham player going out on loan, coming back and then getting first team action. Marx has found his level and won't be a Wrexham player next season unless under contract.

Isn't that why DK has sent him out on loan as others have pointed out.

I think he has potential but so did others and how many made the grade?
That's just as much about the coaching as it is the players?

Good job Swansea took no notice of that ridiculous idea when they sent joe Allen here, or united with Ben Foster. Had they found their level when they came to us? Or were they maybe just young players looking for game time and experience to improve themselves ?

Agreed. File him with Tomassen, White, Clowes etc. Is this really the best our ‘famed’ youth system can bring through? How much is it to run the centre of excellence again...
