Yes 4 attempts and apart from Holroyd all not up to it so I wouldn't get to excited at the latest mystery man, Keates should of kept quiet until one actually puts pen to paper. I hope he has checked if the mystery man has an agent.

Timing wise the mystery player has a few weeks to decide yet as he'll be coming in (if at all) once Reid goes back to Fleetwood.

Rightly or wrongly Keates is sticking with the 4 players hes got in already. Which is presumably why we haven't signed anyone else in the meantime

Oh did he? I've only seen the Leader article and I got from that that we were getting something lined up for when Reid goes back. Fair enough.
