Maybe that's right but it's too much to expect us to have a real go at anybody to get ahead (with the single exception of Leyton Orient and we backed off there after one minute). Against Eastleigh we never saw the ball for 20 minutes and we all know Keates will sit in with his 9 defenders again on Saturday, let them have the ball and try and scrape a 1-0 somehow or other. Ebsfleet will be there for a 0-0 so another business as usual Saturday. I do wish DK would at least give it a real go early on, get the crowd going and plaster somebody. Wishful thinking but this season we will continue to be bored out of our skulls. i guess we all have to accept it now that is the way it is going to be. Keates is a very determined character and clearly has no wish for entertaining Racecourse Football. Having said that if his boring outlook gets us up, I'll accept it.

I've got a feeling Ebbsfleet might not come here to site back. Everyone knows the drill that we sit back even at home. Its not going to be long before a team realises they don't need to sit back because out attack and midfield aren't up to much.

Ebbsfleet have played 9 away league fixtures so far.
Drawn 6 - won 2 - and lost just the one on the road - a 1 - 0 defeat by Macclesfield Town.

Only other defeats have been at home v Torquay & Aldershot plus an FA elimination by Doncaster Rovers.

Does he? From what I've seen of him he might run around a lot, but (1) can't control the ball (2) Can't head the ball (3) reacts to slow his brain isn't working quick enough the chance has gone (3) has no bottle for a battle, which is the same as Reid, Boden and simply put isn't progressing if anything going backwards.

Brutal maybe but no good pussy footing around, here could do ok in the Welsh premier, National North or lower.

TBH he needs to have a look at his career path as I don't think hes good enough for WPL or National North.

Well i did stay or lower eg: EVO stick league, but you're right he does need to look at his career choices.
