I dont think Chester over ran our midfield, we were just very sloppy in possession, similar to our early games. Chester despite raising their game, were there for the taking 2nd half and we should have killed the game off on the break. Our saving grace was our lads didnt totally bottle it, like we nirmally do and worked as equally hard as the Chester lads to earn that bit of luck.

Ebbsfleet looked very good versus Orient on BT and we will need Wedgebury & Wright to win some midfield battles if we are to take the game to them.

Ebbsfleet look a tidy side with pace and power, I think we’ll be well tested Saturday. I think we’ll concede early and lose 2-0 with 4109

Hey Dave - that's very optimistic even for you. Our midfield are very sloppy in possession full stop. There has been very little ball retention all season from this area. That's why the defence hoof it forward.

They've only lost 3 this season and only lost 1 away but have drawn 10. Thinking if (big if, I know) we can grab the first goal our defence will be too much for them to break down. Having said that, they've not been short of goals this season.

I'm going for 1-0 to the Town, a Holroyd goal on the stroke of half time. COYR.
Dunn in goal, Boden starts, no new striker, we will lose by 2 goals.

Another classic 0-0 or 1-0 either way, They have scored 26 compared to our 17, They have conceded 21 to our 12. Not much hope then for a big scoring game 4150 35 away.
