High standards are expected by supporters at this club and the last few dire seasons have put people in the negative frame of mind in the Mold Road and elsewhere in the stadium.

Scruffy and lucky one nil wins against teams which we feel shouldn't be on the same pitch as Wrexham are understandably derided.

There's a lot of noise around what Keates needs; creative midfielder, striker etc The truth is that we just need to keep doing what we are doing. On basis of results so far a repeat of our average points per game against the same from our competition will deliver us promotion as Champions.

Negative vibes from the stands don't help the players on the pitch. Keates sees what we do and knows better than us our weaknesses and our strengths. He has decided our strength is in defence.

People pay their money and can moan if they want to but just think about whether this approach achieves more or less than encouragement through loud chanting and singing?

Remind me please ,don't supporters pay to get in so can leave and moan as much as they want ? too many left wing nuts on RP at the moment trying to control the masses

Okay so for a change I sat in the Uni end on Tuesday night. I'm usually in the Mold Road and have been for a few years. Thought I'd get a different angle on proceedings and it was an interesting change but not so much because of the pitch orientation.

The main thing that struck me was the positive vibes and atmosphere within the stand. Fans roaring encouragement at our players. It felt fantastic not to be surrounded by grumbles and moans and dissenting voices effing and jeffing at different players and hearing various monologues about how crap this or that player is. In short it was a breath of fresh air. I feel this negativity almost spreads like a virus in certain parts of the ground. I hate to think what the atmosphere in the ground would be like without those behind the goal. I think we are at the point in he season where we should all be shouting encouragement at this team yet the mold rd (in general) still seems to sit stony faced in judgement in many games waiting to collectively roar in exasperation of a misplaced pass.

Is it time to get positive and show the players some more love? Or am I a happy clapper and don't understand how truly terrible we are playing and how people have paid to be allowed to moan etc?

The irony of moaning about the moaners.

Up the town!
