Marx Injured @ Rushall
 

Haven’t seen this mentioned elsewhere, but it appears that Olly Marx was injured during last Saturday’s game for Rushall... and subsequently taken to hospital! According to the Loan Watch article on the official site, we’re awaiting news with regard to the extent of his injury.

The squad is definitely looking a bit threadbare on defensive options with Jennings and Marx currently injured (and Hurst just coming back from injury), so let’s hope we don’t take any more “hits” to complicate things. :eek:

Terrible news. He’s one of our own and a wonderful prospect with a great future ahead of him in the game IMHO - people forget his age and that the likes of Pearson and Manny have many more seasons under their belts. Was happy for him heading out on loan as it is much better to get first team game time than be stuck on the bench or in the reserves. Get well soon Ol la’!!
