Feedback has been gleaned from fans re the Chester away game and a meeting is due to take place early next month, in which any information / observations will be aired ( Its still unclear why the coaches were held in Deeside so long )

Are the board happy with our small squad - The answer was yes, it was always the plan to have a smaller squad made up of better quality players - Will we complete the season with the squad currently in place, No - we will look to recruit additional players in the Jan transfer window. We can only loan players between now and then.

Christmas retail is key to our clubs plans for the season. If you have not done so, please pop into the club shop or Eagles Meadow shop and have a look around at the range on offer. Hopefully something catches your eye.

The xmas raffle has got off to a great start with nearly 2000 tickets handed back in to date, a quarter of which were from yesterday alone.

Both Shaun & Marcus, noted the terrific support since they have been at the club, with the term ' Proper football club' being mentioned on more than one occasion.

Around 50 fans present. The raffle raised £58
3 additional JJ & Mickey T night tickets were sold ( Only 8 remaining ) and several xmas raffle ticket books picked up to sell, with a couple being handed in along with cash.

Spencer confirmed we get our income from the secondary sales. So alcohol and food etc. No income from ticket sales.

Id start thinking about that now then. Profit from 16000 punters is a brilliant prospect. Doubt our kiosks will cope though meaning bars sourced externally reducing our profit.

Does this mean we rented the ground to them?

I believe with all of the concerts there is no cost to the promotors for using the ground but they then supply all of the security and staging etc so no financial gamble for the club, just profit.

I think the board have done brilliantly with these concerts. All those years that the ground was sitting there in the summer offering no revenue and now we have concerts at no financial risk but with the potential for decent profit.

Doesn't seem to be maximising potential profit...... But I suppose we're still new to this concert business........Non risk strategy is probably the best way to go, for now....
However, hope we're learning some tricks of the trade for the future....Some serious money to be made at this.....

I think for now the low risk strategy is the right way. There were claims that Tranmere managed to make a loss on the concerts they put on last year despite attracting some big names.

They did lose money and the guy who was in charge of it is no longer working for them due to the loss. Good job they had a big crowd v Liverpool to recoup the losses.
