If this is correct, how can this be legal? It is like playing with one arm tied behind your back, it is not a level playing field. We are being asked to play at a disadvantage. If a player is out of contract why can he not be allowed to sign for us?

Thanks for that explanation. It would make sense for the rules to be modified to make an exception whilst we are in this league, or any other Welsh club if it came about. Sense does not seem to apply to football.
