Default How about

Don't know how successful it would be but for any supporters who like a bet what about...

There are three outcomes to every football match, we have a three sided stadium so why not get groups of fans in each side to form a syndicate

MRS bet on the opposition to win (I know it's not right but it could happen).
GUS bet on Wrexham to win.
Yale bet on the draw.

Guaranteed win, if everyone chucked £1 into the pot each week to be bet on the next match,

Say 200 fans each side took part for example, skybet odds on the upcoming Macc game as follows

£200 on

Macc to win @ 21/20 returns £410
Wrexham win @ 11/4 returns £750
Draw @ 11/5 returns £640

Returns include the £200 stake but for a pound each, there is some money to be made.

We’d lose £190 if Macc win, which, given our Moss Rose curse seems pretty likely.

As Drury-red says, it's only profitable if we win or draw. And for most home games I imagine it'll only be profitable if we draw or lose. Good idea but the bookies unfortunately plan for this.

What about every week everyone buys a raffle ticket for £1.
Have a draw at half time, with half the money to the club and half to the winning ticket.

4000 x £1 =£4000

£2000 each for club and winner.

Club wins, fan wins, bookies don't win.

A bit like the 50/50 draw you mean.

Surely it would be the Paddock that bet on Wrexham losing? Sorry cheap shot...
