could you not have sales around the stadia before and during the game
Could get few sales that way, we see plenty of bucket collections throughout the season and they seem fairly successful

Just pop to the club shop, ask for a pile of books and start asking people before and during the game?

We tried in previous years, the general answer is, I have already got my books to sell and I will buy some / all of them. Or I have already bought some of the ones sent and have dropped them in.

The BACS and paypal, were for BTB donations, there would be a massive job matching tickets with payments, if everyone driopped off tickets stating they had bacs or paypal'd the money.

Tickets and cash or chq will need to be handed in together if handing in at the club shops/ground on match days.

The thing is Xmas their is raffles for Hospice's etc the none Wrexham fans would rather buy tickets for good causes, that plus a lack of available cash this time of year. The begging bowl shrinks at Xmas.

They seem to be selling ok generally by the updates. We had no trouble with our 4 books, selling in Crewe & Nantwich so should be a breeze in Wxm. We can make excuses or moan about the state of things or we need to can be positive and make a difference.

Let's hope the draw isn't a farce like other year , ie same person winning 4 or something prizes, if that happens again I won't be selling any or buying any next Xmas...oh & before a smart arse pipes up ...I ve sold 3 books this year !!!
